The Registry is the administrative nerve centre of the College. It is headed by the Registrar who is the chief Administrative Officer of the College. He is responsible to the Provost for the day-to-day running of the College. These include, among others:
(a)    Implementation of Council decisions as well as decisions of the Academic Board.
(b)    Coordination of the general administration of the College in terms of appointments, promotions, training or development, discipline, retirement, and welfare.
(c)    Admissions and graduation of students.
(d)    Secretary to the Governing Council and its committees.
(e)    Performing any other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time by the Governing Council and the Provost.
